Hello! I am so glad you’re here

I am a vocalist and yoga teacher with a background in the human-subjects research and mental health professions. 

I also know, first hand, what it is like to feel disconnected from my body following injury and trauma, and to have that disconnection affect my ability to communicate, create, and find comfort in my skin.

I am fascinated with the concept of the voice. If you are a singer like me, it is what you use to express yourself, artistically, but it is so much more than that. We each have a voice. It is the thing we use to work, parent, socialize, and advocate. It is how we organize our communities, express our opinions, and articulate our needs. Whether we know it or not, our voice ends up playing a huge part in our identity, our personal power, and how we show up in the world.

While I am uniquely drawn toward helping individuals who wish to bring the power of their voice more deeply into their bodies, I am eager to support you in any of your physical, mental, or spiritual goals.
